How frugal are you in buying shoes? There are a lot of people who are wise enough in choosing and buying shoes. I personally want to purchase cheap used shoes. There are used shoes that are of good quality and don't easily wear out. It's just a matter of choice. If you are good enough in choosing the right kind of shoes you will truly benefit from it.
