Yes, I think almond is much better than the two. Although you can get the same nutrients from almonds even if it is not processed to become milk. I know that we need to check first on the foods that we eat and the drinks that we take. There might be some side effects on our health. We have to be conscious and be aware of the effects and we need to provide security to ourselves in terms of health. I have tried rice milk and soy milk but haven't tasted almond milk. Our kids grows fast so much, we have a 3 and seven year old. And because these kids grow so much their dressers and shoe cabinets are filled with items that no longer fit them. I don't want to throw them away especially the shoes, it would be a waste when they could still be used and still in their good conditions.
