Keeping life simple is worthwhile for me. What should I do with all those luxuries if they don't exactly give me happiness and they aren’t useful though? I also tried to downside my wants and needs and it was going well. I am pretty satisfied using my computer for just a couple of hours instead of 7-8 hours a day, packing lunch from home instead of buying in a fast food restaurant. I seldom buy unnecessary furniture and appliances which could just increase my bill. I am happy with my simple life.Link: Less Is More (simple life); Psychology

It's a sad fact, but we have to admit that progress and urbanization is crippling our environment. It's true that as our malls, roads and buildings get bigger and wider, our forests become smaller, and those that are left are often denuded.
