Saving electricity to save money and the world

There is no question about the need to conserve energy or electricity nowadays. The rising cost of electricity is just too much to bear for a lot of us and the demand may be so much higher than the supply in some countries, especially those that have no source of renewable energy. One thing that should further motivate us to save electricity is the fact that doing so also enables us to save the environment. Electricity use emits high carbon dioxide that contributes to global warming. So each time we save on power use, we lessen our carbon footprint.

Enjoying life on a budget

A lot of us believe that you need to be rich (and famous) to enjoy the best things in life. What about the less privileged and middle income group? Don't they also have a right to enjoy life? Of course they do and they can if they are smart enough to find the latest deals in restaurants and sale seasons in the malls. You can even buy good food with a dollar. In reality, the best things in life are free like love, happiness, the sun, the moon, the cold wind and everything that makes us feel good.
